How to Delete Your Foodhero Account and Data
At Foodhero, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to manage your personal data. If you decide to stop using our services, you can easily delete your account and all associated data directly from the app.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the Foodhero App: Launch the app on your device and log in to your account.
- Go to Profile Settings: Navigate to your profile by tapping on the profile icon in the app's main menu.
- Select "Delete Account": Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option and tap on it.
- Confirm Deletion: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm that you want to delete your account.
Once you confirm, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from Foodhero’s databases.
Important Notes
- Data Deletion: All your personal data will be removed unless it is required for legal purposes, such as accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
- Cannot Be Undone: Please be aware that account deletion is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
